Our Story

Serafina’s Story began with a diagnosis—but it quickly became something so much more.

When Serafina was just 11 years old, she was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA)—a condition that caused pain, inflammation, and extreme sensitivity. Everyday products that most people could use without a second thought? They often left her skin irritated and her body flaring up. Self-care became frustrating, and many days, simply uncomfortable.

But rather than accept that, Serafina and her mom decided to do something about it.

With curiosity, care, and a whole lot of trial and error, the two began handcrafting their own formulas—gentle, natural, and nourishing products that wouldn’t trigger Serafina’s symptoms. What started as a personal need grew into a passion for creating products that not only worked, but felt good to use. The result? A line of clean, plant-based haircare, skincare, and wellness products made for every hair type, every skin tone, and every story.
